THE PROCESS

How a project unfolds.

Every project follows the same documented, verifiable cycle.

  1. Design & engineering

    Site surveys and analysis of constraints (preliminary and detailed design), calculation notes (Caneco, Elec-Calc), electrical diagrams (EPLAN, See Electrical, AutoCAD), specifications and general arrangement drawings. Followed according to the V-model.

  2. Project management

    Costing, scheduling, coordination of trades and inspection bodies. A single project manager, from the first survey to handover.

  3. Execution & commissioning

    Switchboards and enclosures built in the workshop, LV/MV cabling on site, industrial automation (Siemens, Schneider), testing and handover.

  4. Maintenance & operation

    Preventive and corrective maintenance, thermography, MEGGER testing, RGIE compliance work (the Belgian electrical installation regulations), upgrading of existing installations.
