This website collects data only through its contact form, and only the data you enter there. What is processed, by whom and for how long is set out below.

Data collected
The contact form collects the data you enter in it: your name, your email address and your message, together with, if you choose to provide them, your company name and telephone number. It also records your consent, given by ticking the box provided for that purpose.
You may also write to us directly at the email address given above. You then send us, from your own mailbox, whatever data you choose to include.
The website contains no audience measurement and no third-party script. Browsing it generates, at the host, technical logs containing in particular the connecting IP address.
Purposes and legal basis
Form data and messages received are processed solely in order to reply to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation.
For the form, the legal basis is your consent, given through the tick box. You may withdraw it at any time by simple email; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. For messages received directly, the legal basis is the company's legitimate interest in replying to the requests sent to it, and the performance of pre-contractual measures where the request concerns a quotation.
The host's technical logs are kept on the basis of its legitimate interest in ensuring the security and availability of the service.
Retention period, recipients, transfers
Requests received through the form are kept in the host's interface for no more than one month after receipt, the time needed to forward them to our mailbox. They are then kept there, like email exchanges, for three years from the last exchange if they do not lead to any business relationship; otherwise, for the duration of the business relationship and then for the applicable statutory retention periods.
No data is sold or passed on. The external recipient is the website host, Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, which processes the technical logs and the requests sent through the form on behalf of the publisher. To filter out spam, the host has each request analysed by the Akismet service, operated by Automattic Inc., established in the United States.
As both companies are established outside the European Union, data is transferred to the United States. Netlify declares that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission; Automattic governs its transfers through the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Rights of individuals
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, and to object to its processing.
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
These rights may be exercised in writing at info@xperelec.com, or by post at the registered office given above. A reply is sent to you within one month.
